Hi, I'm Bilal Abbas MCOptom, founder and optometrist at One Optics.
I've been working in optics since March 2016, building over a decade of experience across both high street practices and domiciliary eyecare. I started One Optics because I kept seeing the same problem: too many people including elderly patients, busy professionals, people with disabilities missing out on the eye care they needed simply because getting to a high street optician wasn't easy.
So I brought the optician to them. Based in Wimbledon, I now provide mobile NHS and private eye examinations across London, Surrey, Kent and Hampshire - delivering the same quality you'd expect on the high street, at your door.
I also work monthly with Porchlight charity to provide free eye tests and glasses to people experiencing homelessness, because everyone deserves to see clearly.
