NHS Free Home Visits
One Optics are here for those who can’t get to their local optician or are housebound. We travel out to residents, in care homes or in the comfort of their own home, that require eyecare but live with age related conditions such as dementia.

What are NHS Free Home Visits?
As we are fully mobile we are flexible with where we conduct the eye examination, whether in the lounge/living area, kitchen, garden, or bedroom. We can set up in any space measured 4x4meters or larger.
How it works
1. Contact us by email or phone to arrange a visit date and time.
2. We will ask for resident information which must be provided to the NHS.
3. Sit back and wait until the appointment, rest assured the resident will receive optimum eyecare from the comfort of their home.
